An enormous thank you to all of the parents, children and volunteers from the village that came up to school last Saturday to support  ‘Muck- in- May’ day. The Adventure Playground has been transformed; stinging nettles have been slayed; planters and flower beds reinvigorated; the outdoor classroom has been made safe with new some new steps and decking; Pre-School’s outdoor play space has been weeded and given a lot of TLC; compost has been donated along with numerous plants which are brightening all of our outdoor areas. In addition, all the playgrounds have been blasted with a leaf blower, power-washed and numerous trips made to the recycling centre. A proper spring clean! I do hope I have not forgotten anything! Thank you to our MSA committee for organising and galvanising support. You have made an amazing difference to our school grounds and we all had fun in the process.  Mrs Stoddart
