Welcome to Milverton School's website! We are very proud of our school and we hope you will find this website a useful way of finding out about our school, our community and our activities.

The school is set in beautiful countryside on the edge of the pretty village of Milverton, 8 miles west of Taunton. We are a seven class primary school housed in award winning modern buildings opened in 1993.

The school has an excellent academic record and provides a broad and balanced curriculum that values the whole child. The arts and sport are very important at Milverton and we pride ourselves on providing an education that allows our children to reach their full potential across the curriculum and thoroughly enjoy their time in school.

Ecological issues are very important to us and the school is a green power station, generating a significant amount of our energy requirements using photo-voltaic cells. We hope soon to install a wind turbine. Green issues are taught across the curriculum.
