Hello. My name is Nicola Stoddart and I teach Class 2. I have been teaching at Milverton school since 2007.
In Class 2 we have support and assistance from Mrs.Brierly, Mrs.Storrs-Fox, Mrs.Thomas, Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Walker.
Class 2 will do much of their learning outdoors, so please make sure your child has a coat and suitable footwear in school every day.
In Year 2 children are the oldest children in Key Stage 1. We strive to develop their independence. We encourage the children to take pride in their work and to develop responsibility in both personal and school life.
I welcome any help from parents and grand-parents, from hearing readers to helping on school trips. If you have any particular talents you can share please let me know!
I am always available after school if parents wish to come and see me about their child. Do feel free to pop in for a chat.
